Investment Process

The Quorum Approach

Quorum preselects targets based on solid fundamentals, but makes investment decisions only after a company visit to determine if the objectives of both managers and investors are aligned.

The Fund then buys stock directly from company employees or smaller local brokers. Though it may take months to accumulate a sizable stake, the key is to avoid any movement in price.

Promote and Sell

After proper positioning, Quorum promotes the company to Moscow brokers and larger hedge funds, provides liquidity, and then rides the resulting wave.
